Description

Quick, healthy, and chocolatey! These Air Fryer Chocolate Roasted Almonds are a guilt-free delight—crunchy, sweet, and ready in just 15 minutes. Perfect for snacking, gifting, or adding to your favorite desserts.

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Coating:

  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or chocolate of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoothness)

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped nuts

  • Shredded coconut

  • Cocoa powder

  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).

  • Toast the almonds for 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  • Melt chocolate & coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals, stir until smooth).

  • Coat the almonds with melted chocolate in a mixing bowl.

  • Air fry again for 2–3 minutes to set the coating.

  • Cool & serve: Spread on parchment paper, sprinkle with sea salt if desired, and let harden before enjoying.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd almonds in the air fryer for even roasting.

  • Swap chocolate type: milk, white, or sugar-free versions work great.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

  • For extra crunch, cook an additional minute in the second round.
