Ingredients
For the Oreos

1 package Oreo cookies

1 cup pancake mix

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer

Instructions

In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, vanilla, and sugar (if using) until smooth. Batter should be thick enough to coat the Oreos.

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.

Dip each Oreo into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.

Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place coated Oreos in a single layer with space between each.

Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
