Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup whole milk

3 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons vegetable oil or beef drippings

Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Make Batter: Whisk eggs, milk, and salt. Slowly add flour and whisk until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Prepare Tray: Add 1 tsp oil or beef drippings into each muffin mold or tray compartment. Preheat in air fryer for 3–5 minutes until hot.

Fill Molds: Carefully remove tray, pour batter halfway into each mold.
