Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.

Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

Combine Wet Ingredients: Mix ube puree, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.

Combine Mixtures: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
