1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
-
1/2 cup white chocolate chips or butterscotch chips
Instructions
-
Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
-
Add Vanilla and Eggs: Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.
-
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
-
Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in chocolate chips and any optional add-ins.
-
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 320°F (160°C) for 3–5 minutes.
-
Shape Cookies: Drop cookie dough balls (1–2 tbsp each) onto parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
-
Air Fry Cookies: Place the dough in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding. Cook 8–10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
-
Cool: Let cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
