Description

Ingredients

For the Peach Filling:

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or honey)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Oat Topping:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup flour (whole wheat or all-purpose)

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (or coconut oil)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Peaches: Combine sliced peaches, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice in a bowl. Let sit 5–10 minutes.

  • Make the Oat Topping: Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.

  • Assemble the Crumble: Layer peaches in a greased air fryer-safe dish. Sprinkle oat topping evenly.

  • Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Cook 15–20 minutes until topping is golden brown.

 

  • Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
