Ingredients
For the Peach Filling:

4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

2 tablespoons sugar (or honey)

1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Oat Topping:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup flour (whole wheat or all-purpose)

1/3 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup butter, melted (or coconut oil)
Instructions

Prepare the Peaches: Combine sliced peaches, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice in a bowl. Let sit 5–10 minutes.

Make the Oat Topping: Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.

Assemble the Crumble: Layer peaches in a greased air fryer-safe dish. Sprinkle oat topping evenly.

Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Cook 15–20 minutes until topping is golden brown.
