Instructions

Prepare peaches: combine sliced peaches with sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a bowl. Let sit 10 minutes.

Make topping: whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and milk, mix until just combined.

Assemble: layer peach mixture in air fryer basket. Spoon topping over peaches and sprinkle extra sugar on top.
