Description

Enjoy juicy, tender peaches under a golden, buttery topping with this quick and easy Air Fryer Peach Cobbler. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s perfect for summer desserts, cozy nights, or festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Peach Filling:

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (or frozen/canned)

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling on top)

Instructions

  • Prepare peaches: combine sliced peaches with sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a bowl. Let sit 10 minutes.

  • Make topping: whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and milk, mix until just combined.

  • Assemble: layer peach mixture in air fryer basket. Spoon topping over peaches and sprinkle extra sugar on top.

  • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until topping is golden and peaches are bubbly.

  • Check doneness: toothpick should come out clean from the topping.

  • Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for best flavor; drain frozen/canned peaches well.

  • Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of peaches.

  • Add nutmeg or almond extract for extra depth.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in air fryer.

  • Variations: berry-peach mix, spiced cobbler (ginger/cardamom), gluten-free flour, or vegan butter/milk alternatives.
