Description

Crunchy, sweet, and easy! This Air Fryer Nutella Granola is the perfect breakfast topping or snack, made in minutes with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup Nutella

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or banana chips)

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).

  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Nutella, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

  • Add Oats: Stir in rolled oats until fully coated.

  • Optional Add-Ins: Fold in nuts or dried fruit if using.

  • Air Fry: Spread mixture evenly in the air fryer basket (avoid overcrowding). Cook 10–15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until golden.

  • Cool & Store: Let granola cool completely to crisp up. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Stir often to prevent burning and ensure even cooking.

  • Cool completely before storing—this is key for crunch.

  • Swap Nutella with peanut butter or almond butter for variations.

  • Add spices like cinnamon for extra flavor.
