Description

Sweet, sticky, and irresistibly fluffy, this Air Fryer Monkey Bread is coated in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with gooey glaze – a pull-apart treat everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup butter, melted

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • Optional: glaze or cream cheese frosting


Instructions

  • Cut biscuit dough into quarters.

  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

  • Coat dough pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar.

  • Place coated dough into a greased bundt pan or air fryer-safe dish.

  • Pour the butter mixture over the dough.

  • Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden and cooked through.

 

  • Cool slightly, drizzle with glaze, and serve warm.


Notes

  • Use homemade dough for a from-scratch version.

  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch.

  • Best served warm but can be reheated in the air fryer.

 

  • Works with crescent roll dough too.
