Description

Ingredients

Core:

  • 4 scoops ice cream (any flavor)

Crispy Coating:

  • 1 cup cornflakes or crushed graham crackers

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp sugar

Toppings (Optional):

  • Chocolate syrup

  • Whipped cream

  • Chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)

  • Fresh fruit (strawberries or bananas)


Instructions

  • Scoop ice cream into balls and freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.

  • In a bowl, mix cornflakes (or graham crackers), flour, cinnamon, sugar, and optional coconut.

  • Dip each ice cream ball in beaten egg, then roll in coating mixture. Repeat for a thicker layer if desired.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place coated ice cream balls in a single layer in the basket.
