Ingredients

Crispy Coating:

Instructions

Scoop ice cream into balls and freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.

In a bowl, mix cornflakes (or graham crackers), flour, cinnamon, sugar, and optional coconut.

Dip each ice cream ball in beaten egg, then roll in coating mixture. Repeat for a thicker layer if desired.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place coated ice cream balls in a single layer in the basket.
