Description

This air fryer dulce de leche cheesecake is creamy, rich, and irresistibly sweet. With a buttery graham cracker crust and a luscious caramel filling, this dessert is a showstopper made easier and quicker in the air fryer.

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Topping (optional):

  • Extra dulce de leche drizzle

  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a greased 7-inch springform pan.

  • Make Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and dulce de leche. Mix until creamy.

  • Assemble: Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

  • Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place pan in air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes, or until the center is just set.

  • Cool & Chill: Let cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  • Serve: Drizzle with dulce de leche and top with whipped cream.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese to prevent lumps.

  • Avoid overbeating the batter, as this can cause cracks.

  • Every air fryer cooks differently—check at 25 minutes to prevent overbaking.

  • For best texture, refrigerate overnight before serving.
