For the Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

For the Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup dulce de leche

1/2 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a greased 7-inch springform pan.

Make Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and dulce de leche. Mix until creamy.

Assemble: Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place pan in air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes, or until the center is just set.

Cool & Chill: Let cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
