Ingredients

Instructions

Prepare Pineapple: Chop pineapple into small pieces. For extra sweetness, marinate with 1 tbsp sugar for 10 minutes, then drain.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Add Wet Ingredients: Slowly add milk and vanilla to dry mix; stir until just combined. Some lumps are fine.
