Ingredients
For the Dough:

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 egg
For the Filling:

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar
-
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
-
2 tbsp milk
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Make the Dough – Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.

Knead – On a floured surface, knead dough for 2–3 minutes until smooth.

Roll Out – Roll dough into a rectangle (about 1/4-inch thick).

Add Filling – Spread softened butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.

Shape Rolls – Roll into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.

Preheat Air Fryer – 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.

Cook – Place rolls in the basket with space between each. Air fry 10–12 minutes until golden brown.

Make Glaze – Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Glaze & Serve – Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and enjoy!
