Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 egg

For the Filling:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Make the Dough – Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.

  2. Knead – On a floured surface, knead dough for 2–3 minutes until smooth.

  3. Roll Out – Roll dough into a rectangle (about 1/4-inch thick).

  4. Add Filling – Spread softened butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.

  5. Shape Rolls – Roll into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.

  6. Preheat Air Fryer – 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.

  7. Cook – Place rolls in the basket with space between each. Air fry 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
