  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil

For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Air Fryer: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

  • Combine Wet Ingredients: Beat the egg, add milk and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

  • Check cooking times as air fryer models vary.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

  • Reheat in air fryer for a few minutes to restore crispiness
