Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, mix milk, oil (or butter), egg, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix gently (do not overmix).

Fold in chocolate chips and optional add-ins.

Line muffin cups with paper liners or grease lightly.

Divide batter evenly, filling cups 3/4 full.

Air fry for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
