Description
Air Fryer Apple Turnovers are flaky, golden, and filled with sweet apples. A quick and easy dessert ready in minutes with puff pastry!
Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1 cup apple pie filling (or cooked diced apples with cinnamon & sugar)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)

Optional: icing sugar glaze (powdered sugar + milk)
Instructions

Prepare Pastry: Cut puff pastry sheet into 4 equal squares.

Fill: Spoon apple pie filling onto the center of each square.

Fold & Seal: Fold into triangles and press edges with a fork to seal.

Brush & Sprinkle: Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.

Air Fry: Place turnovers in air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Cool slightly, drizzle with glaze if desired, and enjoy warm.

Do not overfill turnovers to avoid leaks.
