Ingredients

Apple Filling:

  • 2 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled, cored, and diced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Egg Rolls:

  • 10 egg roll wrappers

  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the wrappers)

  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  • Prepare the Apples: Toss diced apples with lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and cornstarch. Let sit while assembling wrappers.

  • Assemble Egg Rolls: Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Place ~2 tbsp apple filling in the center.

  • Seal: Moisten wrapper edges with beaten egg. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat for remaining wrappers.

  • Preheat Air Fryer: 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.

  • Cook: Spray egg rolls lightly with cooking spray. Air fry in a single layer for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
