1 box (16.5 oz) spice cake mix

Instructions

Prepare the Batter – In a large bowl, combine pumpkin purée and spice cake mix. Stir until smooth. Fold in optional add-ins if desired.

Preheat Air Fryer – Preheat to 320°F (160°C).

Prepare Muffin Liners – Line a muffin tin with liners or spray with non-stick spray.

Fill Muffin Cups – Divide batter evenly, filling each about ⅔ full.

Air Fry – Place muffin tin in the basket and air fry for 15–18 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center; if it comes out clean, they’re done.

Cool & Serve – Allow muffins to cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
