Description

These Air Fryer 2-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins are soft, moist, and full of fall flavor — made with just pumpkin purée and spice cake mix. Quick, cozy, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert!

  • 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin purée

  • 1 box (16.5 oz) spice cake mix

Optional Add-ins

  • ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg

  • Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  • Prepare the Batter – In a large bowl, combine pumpkin purée and spice cake mix. Stir until smooth. Fold in optional add-ins if desired.

  • Preheat Air Fryer – Preheat to 320°F (160°C).

  • Prepare Muffin Liners – Line a muffin tin with liners or spray with non-stick spray.

  • Fill Muffin Cups – Divide batter evenly, filling each about ⅔ full.

  • Air Fry – Place muffin tin in the basket and air fry for 15–18 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center; if it comes out clean, they’re done.

 

  • Cool & Serve – Allow muffins to cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
