Ingredients

Basic Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans)

  • Vanilla ice cream or yogurt

  • Chocolate chips or shredded coconut


Instructions

  • Prep Bananas: Peel and slice bananas in half lengthwise (or into rounds if preferred).

  • Season: Mix honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush mixture evenly over banana pieces.

  • Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 350°F (175°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.

  • Air Fry: Arrange bananas in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook 5–8 minutes, checking halfway for even caramelization. Bananas should be soft and golden.
